Basically this mod makes your game ABSOLUTELY SHIT (seriously it does ._.). But this is not what I'm trying to do. The goal of this mod is to make GTA San Andreas capable to run on any potato-computer with high FPS values.
WHAT DOES THIS MOD HAVE?
Textures between 8x8 and 4x4;
LOD-only vehicles (besides bikes);
No effects and particles (excepting when car is on fire, because you NEED to see that);
Very low range timecyc (you can disable, read the FAQ);
No shadows;
No reflections;
No grass;
No clouds;
No heat haze;
No blur;
Low quality sounds (some of them);
...and other shitty stuff... BUT HEY at least you'll have more FPS! ENJOY... i guess

Q: How do I enable/disable some mods ingame? A: Simple! Just go to Main Menu > Options > MOD CONFIGURATION and you can turn off and on almost everything.
